Bill Gates Admitted Affairs with 2 Russian Women, Epstein Files Reveal

Bill Gates Admitted His Affairs With 2 Russian Women In Epstine Files Case

Recent documents released by the U.S. Department of Justice—collectively known as the "Epstein Files"—have forced a series of public admissions from Bill Gates.

Here are the key details from his admission:

The Specifics: Gates acknowledged relationships with two women: a Russian bridge player he met at competitive events and a Russian nuclear physicist he met through business activities.

The Epstein Connection: Gates stated that Jeffrey Epstein eventually discovered these affairs. Reports suggest Epstein may have tried to use this information to leverage or "extort" Gates, specifically regarding a multi-billion dollar charitable fund Epstein wanted to establish.

Denial of Illicit Activity: During the meeting, Gates reportedly told staff, "I did nothing illicit. I saw nothing illicit." He emphasized that these women were not among Epstein's victims and that he never participated in any of Epstein's criminal activities.

The Apology: Gates took responsibility for his "huge mistake" in associating with Epstein, admitting that his past meetings and travel with the financier had cast a shadow over the foundation's reputation.

The Nature of the "Epstein Files" Evidence

The newly released documents included more than just names; they contained:

Photographs: Images showed Gates with women whose faces were redacted. Gates told staff these were Epstein’s "assistants" and that Epstein frequently asked for photos with high-profile guests after meetings.

Emails & Logs: Private emails from the Justice Department suggested that Epstein may have facilitated these trysts or used knowledge of them to maintain his connection to Gates. One explosive draft email alleged Epstein had helped Gates with "consequences" related to these relationships, though Gates has denied any involvement in or knowledge of Epstein's criminal activities.

"Huge Mistake" and Foundation Impact

Gates was candid about the reputational damage to his organization:

  • Melinda’s Warnings: Gates admitted that his then-wife, Melinda, expressed deep concerns and "skepticism" about Epstein as early as 2013, but he continued to meet with him until 2014.

  • Professional Regret: He called it a "huge mistake" to bring Gates Foundation executives into meetings with Epstein, stating that the association was the "opposite of the values" of the foundation.

  • The "Normalization" Trap: He explained that because other "prestigious" billionaires and Wall Street figures were present at Epstein’s meetings, it made the situation feel "normalized" at the time.

Just days before his admission, Gates pulled out of a keynote speech at the India AI Impact Summit in New Delhi to avoid the controversy overshadowing the event.

Unlike other figures named in the files who have remained silent, Gates’ decision to hold a town hall and "take responsibility" is being viewed as a significant attempt at damage control for his philanthropic legacy.
